Municipal Property Assessment Inspections

Assessors from Accurate Assessment Group ltd. (AAG) will be conducting property assessment inspections on behalf of the Town of Vegreville in October 2025, beginning October 6, 2025.

 

Town of Vegreville conducts a cyclical inspection of properties to ensure property assessment data is accurate.
Assessors will be on-site walking the properties involved and collecting exterior pictures. New subdivisions, new construction or renovations, and new issued development & building permits are some of the components that will be inspected.

Inspections are conducted to ensure accurate and reliable property information. These inspections are authorized by the Municipal Government Act (MGA) (Section 294).

Assessors will be in marked vehicles with the Accurate Assessment Group ltd. logo on doors and wearing photo ID under the same name.

All inspections will be conducted during normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
