In order to make a payment for Accounts Receivable - Other using OptionPay, please include the ID/Customer Number which can be found on your Invoice. Please also include a description of the payment being made in the description box.

In order to make a payment for Bulk Water using OptionPay, please include the ID/Customer Number which can be found on your Invoice. 

In order to make a payment for your Business License using OptionPay, please include the ID/Customer Number which can be found on your Invoice.  A copy of your reviewed and signed renewal form is required to be submitted to the Town Office in order for your transaction to be completed. In order to make a payment for your Dog Licence using OptionPay, please include the ID/Customer Number which can be found on your Invoice. A copy of your reviewed and signed renewal form is required to be submitted to the Town Office in order for your transaction to be completed. In order to make a payment for your PropertyTaxes using OptionPay, please include the Roll Number which can be found on your Combined Assessment and Tax Notice. 

In order to pay your Utility Bill using OptionPay, you will need the Account Number which can be found on your Utility Bill.   

Q: What is OptionPay?

Q: Is there an added fee to using OptionPay to pay my Town bills? 
A: Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered fee schedule, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00. To see the full fee schedule for using this payment option, please visit       their fee schedule here. 

Q: Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card? 
A: The fees are administered through the OptionPay program for the use of their service, and not through the Town of Vegreville.

A: OptionPay provides information on their security measures here. Please note that the Town of Vegreville takes no responsibility for and accepts no liability in the event of security                 breaches, technical difficulties, or other issues that may arise from your use of OptionPay.
