Address Council

If you wish to make a presentation to Council, you can write a letter to the Mayor and request to speak to Council. You may submit your request by clicking on the button below and filling out the form, or you may submit your request in writing and either drop it off or mail it to the Town Office at the address listed below.  Please include as much information about your request as possible.  Include your first and last name, name of the organization (if you are representing one), your telephone number and email address. 



Presentations to Council will be scheduled for either Town Legislative Committee Meeting or a Town Council Meeting depending on when the request is received. Town Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of every month (except where holidays interfere). Legislative Committee Meetings are held the Wednesday before the month’s first Council Meeting. 

If your request to present to Council is granted, a member of the Town’s Legislative Services department will contact you to schedule your delegation.

You can participate in public hearings regarding issues and decisions that may affect you or the community. Public hearings take place in Council Chambers at Town Hall.
