- Vegreville Minor Soccer Association - Organized Soccer Programs for U5-U19 age groups. U5-U11 age groups have practices/games once a week in St. Martin's Catholic School gym. U13-U19 age groups have practices once a week at St. Martin's Gym and 1 game on weekends in Sherwood Park.

- Vegreville Youth Ensemble (VYE) - Group singing for kids 6 years and older. Explore many musical genres including musical theatre, gospel, folk and pop. Halloween, Christmas & year-end recitals, as well as community and music festival performances. Rehearsals are from 6:30 - 7:30 P.M. Thursdays from September to May.

- Legacy 4 Health walking group - walking to music at the library gymnasium from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Chairs and washroom available. Walking aides can be used. Walk at a pace comfortable for you and rest whenever you need to. Drop in fee of one dollar.

- Men's Shed Vegreville - A Men's Shed is a relaxed and inclusive place to learn new skills, share skills and pick up old hobbies. It's a place to share stories and form friendships. A place to do that thing you've always wanted to do - or do nothing at all. Forget itineraries and agendas. A Men's Shed is whatever its member want it to be. Provides adult men with a safe and supportive social environment to manage, sustain and improve their physical and mental well-being. Provides space and resources to gather, socialize and be creative. Better our community by responding to "projects" requests the group agrees to take on.
- Vegreville and District Youth Curling - Vegreville & District Youth Curling offers a fantastic opportunity for young individuals to engage in the captivating sport of curling. The program begins by introducing participants to the basics of curling, teaching them about the playing surface, the equipment, and the fundamental rules of the game. As youth become more comfortable on the ice, the focus shifts to more advanced skills such as rock delivery and sweeping techniques. Beyond the physical aspects, the program also emphasizes the strategic elements of curling, encouraging participants to think critically about shot placement and game plans. Additionally, a strong emphasis is placed on ethics and sportsmanship, instilling in youth the values of fair play and camaraderie that are integral to the spirit of curling.
- Vegreville Adult Volleyball - Adult recreational volleyball league that meets once per week. Sign up as a team so gather your friends, coworkers or family to join. Season runs from mid October to the end of March. Room for 8 teams and spots are filled first come first serve!
- Vegreville Skating Club - CanSkate programming (covers Parent & Tot / PreCanSkate / CanSkate), runs under Skate Canada guidelines, offers drills in a circuit format, completing a series of balance, control and agility skills. StarSkate programming runs under Skate Canada guidelines, allows skaters to develop fundamental figure skating skills in a number of areas. See website for further information.
- Vegreville School of Ballet - Dance classes for all ages. Acro, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theatre as well as Strength and Flexibility training.
- VEGREVILLE SPECIAL OLYMPICS - We are an organization that provides sports, fun, and a social outlet to all individuals with an intellectual disability. All ages all welcome.
- Vegreville District Minor Hockey Association - Hockey for all ages and skill levels
- Trills Music Studio - Piano instruction for all levels. I use the Faber & Faber Piano Adventures for beginners, RCM exam curricula for older students. I teach a well-balanced, classically-based program offering all genres of music, sight-reading, ear-training, theory, and including accompaniment and ensemble skill development. Trills studio also offers a small choral ensemble for teen girls.

- Vegreville Aquatic & Fitness Centre - Our facility welcomes all ages and is wheelchair accessible. Facility offers 6 x 25m lanes, diving board, rock climbing wall, waterslide, sauna, whirlpool and our newest addition, the inflatable Wibit! The facility is also equipped with a weight room, cardio room, racquetball/squash court and a dance studio. We also offer swim lessons, swim club, aqua fit, private pool rentals Lifesaving and First-Aid courses. We also offer youth programs such as after school sport programs and yoga. Adult programs are also offered such as Barre Fusion, Zumba, Lunch Time Fitness, Yoga and much more!!
- Vegreville Food Bank Society - The Vegreville Food Bank provides food to those in need and an opportunity for youth and adults to work together to serve the community.
- Vegreville Fencing Club - We meet weekly on Wednesday evenings 18:00-20:00 at the Elks Hall Vegreville. We cater to beginner to experienced fencers from age 12 and up including adults. Classes follow the school calendar, September - June Fees: $600 annually which includes equipment rental Club coach is Beren Hollins Classes start September 25, 2024.

- Vegreville United Church - Vegreville United Church warmly welcomes everyone to their Sunday worship services at 10 AM, both in-person and online via their Facebook page where recordings of scriptures and sermons are available. They also offer engaging programs for children, including Kids Klub every Thursday afternoon and day camps on 'no-school days', while adults can participate in Bible study groups, monthly Senior's Friendship Luncheons, and a visitation program. Additionally, the church is eager to incorporate more music into their services and invites individuals willing to share their talents to get in touch.
