Get ready to Ride into Summer with the Town of Vegreville Municipal Services Department & Vegreville Fire Services! 

Enjoy two great community bike riding events that bring residents together for fun, fitness, and community spirit - while learning about bicycle safety! 

Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just dusting off your bike for the season, there’s something for everyone. Join us and celebrate summer on two wheels!

**All registrants must complete the Bicycle Rodeo Registration Form - Limited Spaces Available - Please specify which session you wish to attend based on the times below.

The Bicycle Rodeo – a skills and safety event perfect for young riders 

Date: Wednesday, July 16, 2025

Location: Wally Fedun Arena | 4509-48 St., Vegreville, AB.

Ages: K-Gr.6

Session 1: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Session 2: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Additional Information: Helmets and bicycles are mandatory for participation. Parents or guardians are welcome to stay and enjoy the event or may choose to drop off their child(ren) but must return by the scheduled pick-up time.

The Community Ride – a family-friendly group ride through town.

Date: Saturday, July 19, 2025

Location: Vegreville Fire Service building | 5100-60 St., Vegreville, AB.

Ages: All Ages

Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Additional Information: Helmets and bicycles are mandatory for participation.  All participants are asked to gather at the Vegreville Fire Service building by 9:45 AM, which will serve as the starting point. Parents or guardians may drop off their children but must return by the scheduled 11:10 AM pick-up time.
