Fall 2024 Swim Club Season
Join us from September 23rd, 2024 to December 13th, 2024 for your selected weekly swim program with qualified swim instructors and swim coaches which includes, but not limited to:
- Swim Instruction
- Stroke Development
- Mock swim meets
- Fitness games
- And more!
Swim Club Guidelines:
- Equipment Needed: Goggles, water bottle, one-piece swimsuit, any swimmer with long hair is required to have it tied back. (Swim caps are encouraged, but optional)
- Swimmers can arrive on deck at 3:45 for a dry-land warm-up
- Program options are not limited to age groups. Swimmers may join different program options based on skills and interest.
- Reminder: If there is no school or it is a Stat Holiday, there is no swim club.
How Do I Register?
- Registration is currently open until September 15, 2024.
- Call the Vegreville Aquatic & Fitness Centre at 780-632-6403 or visit the front desk for more information or to register
- Join us on September 18th, 2024 from 3:45-5:15 for a “Test the Waters” swim sessions designed to introduce your child to the program! Uncertain on which program to register for? Decide after this session!

Ages 6-9 | 2x Per Week
Day(s): Mondays/Wednesdays

This option is for new swimmers who love the water but have minimal swim experience, or are returning swimmers who need to continue to develop basic skills. Swimmers must have passed their “pool test”. This group will work towards readiness to attend a swim meet and develop some swim strokes.
Ages 10-12 | 3x Per Week
Day(s): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time: 4:00pm-5:00pm

This option is for new or returning swimmers who love the water but have minimal/growing experience. Swimmers must be comfortable getting their face wet and take instruction. These swimmers may be ready to compete in swim meets, and have an understanding of the different swim strokes.
Ages 13+ | 4x Per Week
Day(s): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time: 4:00pm-5:15pm
Cost: $449.82

This option is for older/returning mature swimmers who are looking to compete in swim meets, or become competent in all swim strokes.
